Tart nose with prominent vegetal notes, touch of bell peppers, yellow and green fruit, elderberry flowers, touch of mineral notes. Very clear on the palate, polished and juicy, elegant, lively acidity, prominent herbaceous notes, grassy notes too, persistent, delicately creamy, mineral notes in the background, excellent balance, very good finish.
