2017 Saint-Véran AOC "Vieilles Vignes", Burgundy, France

Bright, somewhat vegetal, nutty and yeasty nose with yellow fruity notes and minerality. Tight, light, astonishingly cool fruit with fine, lively acidity, yeast notes and clear minerality, persistent on the palate, chalky to salty minerality, some grip, has power, some alcohol warmth, very good, firm finish.
