2015 Savenniéres AOC Le Bel Ouvrage, Loire, France

Deep and firm, earthy-mineral, slightly yeasty and clearly herbal fragrance with subtle yellow-fruity notes as well as some smoke, fresh butter and flint. Ripe, dense and concentrated, quite juicy, only more closed fruit, herbal to herbal, yeasty and light earthy and mineral notes, chanterelles on the palate, persistent, with a handle and fine bite, has strength and depth, a little flint in the background , compact construction, delicate sweetish enamel, complex, light floral nuances, very good to long, firm finish with a lot of salt and complex citrus aromas. Must mature.
