2014 Côtes du Roussillon AOP Coste, Roussillon, France

Polished, herbal and noticeably yeasty aroma with citrus and pome fruit notes as well as earthy to mineral tones. Clear, polished, restrained fruit with distinctly nutty, somewhat woody aromas, still a lot of yeast and taut, fine acidity, persistent on the palate, herbal tones and earthy to salty mineral notes, a lot of grip and bite, still not very developed, tart style, very good, again still rather yeasty finish
