2017 Aude IGP Jours de Vigne, Languedoc, France

Slightly sour cherry scent with more red than black berry notes as well as floral and herbal nuances. Clear, youthful, elegantly juicy fruit, light herbaceous notes on the palate, hint of pepper and paprika, fine sandy, mature tannins, fairly persistent, relatively cool style, mineral traces in the background, polished, good to very good, tart, juicy finish.
