Tart, firm, clearly yeasty and somewhat planty to herbaceous scent with light yellow fruity notes and earthy, nutty and mineral tones. Firm, tangy-juicy fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, very fine acidity and crumbly tannins, light nutty tones, chalky minerality, persistent, quite complex, a little bit of enamel, certain inner peace, bold nuances, floral traces, very good, delicately nutty and again a little melty finish.
