Tart, herbal to herbal and tobaccoy, a little earthy nose of cherries and mixed berries with lavender notes, a little bacon, cedary nuances and a hint of pepper. Ripe, partly preserved, juicy fruit, cocoa notes, candied nuts, Provence herbs and lavender, slightly toasty and chocolaty notes on the palate, a little juniper, persistent and powerful, ripe, youthful tannin, some depth, very good, juicy and sweetly woody finish with ethereal notes
