2004 Bourgogne AOC, Burgundy, France

Honeydew melon and mealy apples on the nose, light herbal notes, vanilla and light roasted notes. Bone-dry in the mouth, fairly creamy with elegant acidity, quite tart on the palate, very subdued fruit, good persistence, attractive to good finish.
