Translate to English Fester, tiefer und vielschichtiger, deutlich vegetabiler und noch hefiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Noten, angetoastetem Weißbrot, ein wenig Rauch und deutlich Hülsenfrüchten. Reife, trockene Frucht, viel Hefe, Nüsse und wieder Hülsenfrüchte, Trockenblumen und noble Tomatenessenz am Gaumen, nachhaltig, hell-nussig und hefig, noch jung, speckige Anklänge, viel Griff von reifem, nur auch noch leicht deckendem Gerbstoff, helle gelbe Würze im Hintergrund, frische Gurkentöne, auch eine Spur Senfgurke, viel Salz, gewinnt mit Luft noch einmal deutlich an Komplexität, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit Biss, herbem, Saft und Zug. Großartiger Essensbegleiter.
