Firm, slightly dried vegetal and vegetal notes, predominantly dark berries, some cherries with notes of Provence herbs, floral notes, hint of tobacco and licorice. Again quite firmly kneaded, tart and juicy, rather dark fruit, some bite and present, still slightly drying tannins, good persistence and some depth, herbaceous and slightly peppery notes, earthy and nutty in the background, juniper notes, a hint of coffee grounds, cocoa and bacon , barely developed, becomes deeper and juicier with air, very good, firm finish with dark juice and spice.
