Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, kräuterig-pflanzlicher und hefiger Duft mit etwas Feuerstein-Würze und Tabak, Aromen gelber und grüner Früchte sowie an Jakobsmuscheln und Krustentiere erinnernden Aromen. Straff im Mund, kühl und herb-saftig, klare Frucht mit herber pflanzlicher und erdig-mineralischer Würze, leicht hefige Töne, Weißbrot, wieder auch Krustentiere, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Biss und Zug, gewisse Tiefe, noch überaus frisch, sehr guter bis langer, herb-saftiger Abgang mit gewissem Schmelz, aber auch viel Schliff.
