The winery is located in the municipality Châteauneuf-du-Pape
in the area of the same name in the southern Rhone Valley. The origin goes back to 1934, in 1958 it was acquired by Charles Establet. It was taken over by his daughter Cristiane Jeune and their son-in-law Pierre Elie in the early 1970s. In 1990 a new cellar was put into operation. Christophe and Isabelle Jeune has been running the business since 2004. The vineyards in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape area cover 14 hectares of vineyards planted with the red varieties Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsaut and Muscardin. Viticulture close to nature is practiced. The different varieties are fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The wine is aged for several months in steel tanks or enameled containers, and over a year in barriques and large oak barrels.
