Firm and deeper, tart, still reductive, noticeably yeasty, dried vegetal and floral notes, citrus and pomaceous notes, a little flint and noticeable mineral notes. Very firm, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, cool herbaceous notes, light earthy and mineral notes, lively, tart and very elegant acidity, concentrated and persistent, complex and firm, good depth, good grip, still extremely young , fine vegetal aromas and spicy traces, enormous tension, very good, with air increasingly juicy, again also yeasty finish with floral spiciness, salt and plenty of steam.
