Restrained yellow-fruity and somewhat nutty-yeasty fragrance with delicate, fine vegetal notes and light minerality. Firm, tart and cool, elegantly juicy fruit, again yeasty notes, delicately nutty, chalky-earthy and a hint of floral, very fine acidity, a bit of mussels on the palate, elegant style, slim, yet persistent, certain depth, very good, elegantly juicy and mineral finish. Makes you happy.
