Firm, somewhat peppery, earthy and tobacco fragrance of predominantly dark berries with very slightly meaty-animal and dried-herbal aromas. Tart, quite concentrated, juicy dark fruit in the mouth, fairly firm structure, tobacco, nutty and earthy tones, dried vegetal to herbaceous, pepper and a hint of tar on the palate, some bite and slightly sandy tannins, which binds well with the air , a little salt in the background, dried-herbal aromas, a little rustic, very good, firm finish with dark juice, salt and spice. Still has to ripen a little.

Best to drink: 2020-2024+. What our ratings mean
