Astringent, distinctly yeasty and light mineral fragrance with herbaceous-vegetal nuances and restrained, again light yellow-fruity notes. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit with clearly yeasty notes, herbal-vegetable and a little bit floral spice, nutty tones and chalky minerality, some warmth and sweetish melt on the palate, lasting, certain depth, very good, again almost a little sweetish finish with a touch and still a lot of yeast.
