Translate to English Deutlich fleischige und eine Spur krautige Nase mit herben Aromen von schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen, recht deutlich Suppenkräutern, etwas Pfeffer und Wacholder mit erdigen bis mineralischen Noten und ein wenig getrockneten Pilzen. Fest gewirkte, dunkle Frucht im Mund, ledrige, tabakige und getrocknet-pilzige Aromen, wieder auch Rindfleisch und etwas Suppenfond, ein Hauch Bitterschokolade und Lakritz, noch ein wenig gedeckt, eher rustikaler Stil, gewisse Wärme, guter, wenn auch leicht trocknender Abgang mit Wacholdernoten, Kastanien und erdigen sowie metallischen Nuancen.
