2003 Corton Charlemagne AOC, Burgundy, France

Honeydew melon, partly dried apples and brioche on the nose, cool mineral and delicate herbaceous notes, elegant spice and light yeasty notes. Clean, creamy, elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, moderate, slightly sweetish spicy oak, very elegant, lively acidity, full-bodied, but also still quite lively, delicate yeasty traces, cool mineral notes in the background, quite a noticeable acid bite, noticeable alcohol, but quite well integrated, floral traces, very persistent, good depth, still quite youthful, long finish.
