Clear, cool and quite deep, fresh vegetable to herbaceous and slightly yeasty citrus pome fruit scent with floral and mineral notes. Cool and firm in the mouth, clearly yeasty, somewhat planty to herbal and nutty, very fine acidity, mellow tannins, persistent on the palate, clear, rather light minerality in the background, has grip, some depth, still undeveloped, very good, firm, tart finish with bite
