Translate to English Noch leicht reduktiv wirkender, herber, grasiger und grün-vegetabiler Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, viel Spargel und etwas Holunder sowie erdigen Tönen. Reife, schmelzige und zugleich griffige Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabile und auch zart nussige Aromen, reifer Gerbstoff, sehr feine Säure, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Substanz, Fülle und gewisse Wärme, feine kräuterig-pflanzliche sowie zart florale Töne im Hintergrund, ein wenig Holunder und Avocado, noch jung, guter bis sehr guter, schmelziger Abgang.
