2006 Corton Charlemagne AOC, Burgundy, France

Partly dried pomaceous fruit and some melon on the nose, sweetish oak and some mineral notes. Lively on the palate, elegant and juicy, clear, slightly creamy fruit, refreshing with elegant acidity, well integrated moderate oak, persistent, mineral traces in the background, clear contours, has some depth, good long finish.
