2017 Bourgogne AOC Pinot Noir, Burgundy, France

Clear, tart and rather cool, a hint of fleshy nose with red and slightly black berries with a hint of cherries, dried vegetal nuances, hint of tobacco and some mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy and polished fruit, taut, very fine tannins and animating bite, slightly nutty, dried vegetal and tobacco on the palate, delicate grip, mineral notes in the background again, very good, firm, tart and juicy finish.
