Translate to English Tiefer, ganz eigenwilliger und ziemlich wilder, vegetabiler und intensiv kräuteriger, etwas gelb-gewürziger und auch noch käsiger Duft mit Noten von teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst, zwiebeligen Spuren, floralen Nuancen, Tabak, Lanolin und erdiger Mineralik. Fest gewirkte, sehr saftige und wieder gelb-gewürzige Frucht mit rauchigen, leicht speckigen und tabakigen Noten, noch reichlich Hefe, nachhaltig und griffig am Gaumen, etwas Wärme, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und viel reifer Gerbstoff, Salz und sehr komplexe Kräutertöne, tief und ziemlich konzentriert, noch jung, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit herbem Saft, hellem Tabak, Hefe und wieder gelber Würze.
