1995 Corton AOC, Burgundy, France

Complex aromas of small red and some black berries, wilted elaves, undergrowth and minerals mit some orasted notes. Fairly cool style in the mouth, firm and fairly concentrated, very fine tannins present and slightly astringent, some cedar, tart roasted notes in the background, medium body, fairly elegant, mineral notes on the palate, good balance and length. Gains presence and depth of fruit with some aeration, but the tannins remain astringent and a little awkward.
