Herb und fest im Mund, hefig-nussig, deutlich pflanzlich und etwas erdig, verhaltene, mit Luft saftigere Frucht, leicht pfeffrige Töne und auch deutliche, salzige Mineralik, präsente, feine Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, noch gänzlich unentwickelt, eine Spur Holunder, sehr guter Abgang mit Zug.
