Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, deutlich hefiger Kernobstduft mit Zitrusnuancen, leicht vegetabilen und pilzigen Anklängen sowie ein wenig Brioche und Butter. Klare, feinsaftige, eher herbe Frucht, deutlich hefig, pflanzlich, etwas nussig und angedeutet floral, sehr feines Mousseux, buttrige Spuren, bleibt dabei schlank und fein, zart pilzig, sehr guter Abgang.
