Tart, slightly fleshy, animalistic and earthy, with cherries and mixed berries, notes of Provence herbs and a little pepper. Clear, tart, slightly polished fruit on the palate, nutty-oaky, light fleshy notes, provincial herbs in the background, salt and hint of pepper, fine sandy tannins, good persistence, touch of cocoa, earthy notes, good to very good finish, still slightly astringent ,
