Clear and fairly firm, also somewhat reductive, nutty and somewhat legume-like, vegetal scent with yellow-fruity aromas, light minerality and very delicate yellow spice. Quite firm in the mouth, fresh, tart fruit, vegetal, nutty and earthy and mineral notes, slightly chalky, elegant acidity and some hint, smoky oak traces, yeast notes, persistent, certain depth, very good, firm finish. Excellent aligote.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2022+. What our ratings mean
