2010 Côtes du Roussillon AOC Galamus, Roussillon, France

Translate to English Leicht kräuterig-pflanzlicher und erdiger Duft nach teils eingemachten Kirschen und überwiegend dunklen Beeren mit alt- und unterholzigen Noten und ein wenig getrockneten Pilzen. Klare, saftige und geschliffene Frucht im Mund, wieder altholzige Aromen, leicht aschige und auch erdige Töne, wieder getrocknete Pilze, dazu schwarze Oliven, zarter Säurebiss, recht feines, teils ein wenig staubig-trocknendes Tannin, viel Kraft, aber auch kühle Noten, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, zeigt klar Herkunft, sehr guter Abgang.
