Translate to English Kühler, ganz leicht gebrannt-hefiger und etwas feuersteinwürziger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten und etwas grünen Beeren mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen und mineralischen Noten. Geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, kräuterig-pflanzliche Aromen am Gaumen, ein Hauch Paprika, gute Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund etwas Mineralik und wieder auch hefige Spuren, eleganter Stil, sehr animierend, noch jung, sehr guter, straffer, animierend saftiger Abgang mit viel Schliff und feinem Biss.
