Translate to English Fester, kräuterig-pflanzlicher, etwas grasiger und an Paprika erinnernder Duft mit grün- und gelbfruchtigen Aromen, zart hefigen und nussigen Anklängen und deutlicher mineralischer Würze. Fest gewirkt im Mund, feinsaftig und etwas schmelzig, deutlich pflanzliche sowie etwas nussige und hefige Aromen, sehr feine Säure, verhaltener, mürber Gerbstoff, herbe mineralische Würze am Gaumen, ganz leicht rauchig, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Kraft, harmonisch, noch jung, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, herber, mineralischer und leicht nussiger Abgang mit Griff.
