Translate to English Relativ kühle, eher herbe, nussige und hefige Nase mit verhaltenen rot- und gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie pilzigen und erdigen Anklängen. geschliffene, nussige Frucht, deutlich hefig und etwas gewürzig, sehr feines Mousseux, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, zarte Dosagesüße, holzige Nuancen, etwas Griff, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, wieder leicht süßlicher Abgang mit eher rotem Saft und Würze.
