Weiche Frucht im Mund, vegetabile Noten, etwas Champignons und ein Hauch Karamell, feine Säure, süßlicher Schmelz am Gaumen, kandiert-nussige Töne und erdige Mineralik im Hintergrund, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, laktische Spuren, guter Abgang.
