Deep and dense, very slightly oxidative, clearly herbal and yeasty aroma of partly candied citrus fruits, herbs and some bacon with clear minerality and nettle notes. Firmly woven in the mouth, ripe, slightly melting fruit with yeasty and delicately nutty spice, herbaceous-vegetable tones on the palate, very fine acidity, persistent and grippy, minerality in the background, densely woven and multilayered, still very young, quite deep, gripping, very good to long, still somewhat yeasty finish
