Translate to English Herbe, feste und tiefe, etwas getrocknet-vegetabile, pilzige und fleischige Nase nach roten und auch ein wenig schwarzen Beeren mit tabakigen Noten und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, ziemlich saftige, wieder recht dunkle Frucht mit rauchigen Holznoten, fleischig-animalischen Tönen, Speck, Pilzen und viel erdiger bis salziger Mineralik, etwas Kaffeesatz am Gaumen, leichter Säurebiss und relativ präsente, dabei feine trocknende Tannine, nachhaltig und recht kräftig, gute Tiefe, noch gänzlich unentwickelt, dabei ziemlich komplex, gewinnt mit Luft noch an Frische, sehr guter bis langer, straffer, saftiger Abgang mit herber Würze und Salz. Muss reifen.
