Auch im Mund pflanzliche und dazu leicht florale Würze, zurückhaltende gelbe Frucht mit hefigen und erdigen Noten, ein Hauch Tabak am Gaumen, feine Säure, gewisse Kraft, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, mineralische Noten, guter bis sehr guter, herber und zugleich saftiger Abgang mit vegetabilen Aromen und zart süßlichem Schmelz.
