Translate to English Fester und tiefer, leicht rauchiger, hefiger und nussiger, moderat holzwürziger Duft mit noblen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Rauch, gewürzigen Nuancen, zart Vanille und intensiver, heller Mineralik. Fest gewirkte und konzentrierte, feinsaftige, eher kühle Frucht mit straffer, sehr feiner Säure, viel Griff und präsenter, kreidiger und salziger Mineralik, leicht rauchig und hell-holzig am Gaumen, Champignons, etwas Vanille und frische pflanzliche Aromen, nachhaltig und tief, vielschichtig, noch sehr jung, hat Schmelz, aber auch viel Schliff, speckige Nuancen im Hintergrund, große Spannung, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, kompakter Bau, deutet seine Eleganz aber schon an, sehr guter bis langer, herber, fester und wieder sehr mineralischer Abgang. Wird mit Luft feiner und zugleich zwingender. Muss unbedingt reifen.
