Some beet root and red berry preserves, rose hip as well as floral notes and some undergrowth. Quite cool in the mouth, juicy fruit and prominent acidity, medium-fine tannins, high in alcohol, floral aromas, creamy on the palate, nevertheless appears a little chunky, with slightly rough tannins, notes of old oak in the background, good finish.

Best to drink: 2006-2009. What our ratings mean
