2018 Pays d'Oc IGP "Piémont Cévenol", Languedoc, France

Relatively cool, lightly nutty, somewhat dried herbal and still slightly yeasty aroma of red and hints of black berries with earthy and slightly floral hints. Straightforward, youthful, rather tart fruit with delicate melting, moderate yet lively acidity, citrus fruits and rhubarb in the background, quite good persistence, a hint of wax and chocolate, salty tones, good, somewhat black berry finish with a slight bite
