Slightly floral and herbaceous citrus pome fruit scent with a hint of mushrooms and bacon as well as clear, light minerality. Ripe, melting, quite juicy, tart fruit, a hint of nut butter, very fine acidity, delicate, mellow tannin, some wood, persistent, some power and warmth, a hint of mushrooms in the background, fine grip, a hint of mustard seed, very good, melting, again a little wood-spicy finish.

Best to drink: 2020-2024+. What our ratings mean
