Firm, clear and polished aroma of ripe dark berries and partly preserved cherries with Mediterranean herbs, a little clove, meat, tobacco and pepper. Ripe, juicy, firm, still youthful fruit, lots of power and substance, but also polish, very fine, ripe tannins and some bite, persistent on the palate, delicately smoky, chocolaty and coffee-spicy, ethereal notes, again a little clove, salt in the background, stony notes, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2030+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, etwas pfeffriger Duft nach eher dunklen Beeren und Kirschen mit recht deutlichen Kräuteraromen. Klare, fest gewirkte, herb-saftige Frucht mit gewissem Säurebiss und straffem, jugendlichem, dabei feinem Tannin, pfeffrig und kräuterig am Gaumen, noch jung, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Tiefe, kreidige und salzige mineralische Töne, ein Hauch Kakao, hat Frische und Leben, noch wenig entwickelt, zedrige und nussige Spuren, ein Hauch Teer, sehr guter, fester Abgang mit viel herbem Saft. Hat Klasse.
