2007 Collioure AOC Puig Ambeille, Roussillon, France

Red and black berries on the nose, vegetal and earthy notes, light smoky and roasted notes, lactic and volatile traces. Full-bodied, warm style, juicy on the palate, noticeable alcohol, sweetish oak, light smoky and roasted notes, slightly dusty, but predominantly mature tannins, very creamy, not particularly deep, spicy with more noticeable alcohol on an attractive to good finish.
