2007 Côtes du Roussillon-Villages AOC Kerbuccio, Roussillon, France

Extremely ripe, jammy black berries and cherries on the nose, herbaceous notes, dried flowers and light smoky notes, bread spices and mineral notes. Concentrated and juicy on the palate, dark fruit, roasted notes, bread spices, fairly prominent and very fine tannins, delicate acid bite, huge body, very creamy, and loads of substance, persistent, but not particularly deep, sweetish spicy oak, mineral and herbaceous notes on a long finish.
