2008 Côtes du Roussillon Les Aspres AOC Cuvée Léa, Roussillon, France

Nose still fairly closed, preserved black berries and cherries, candied herbs, spicy oak. Concentrated, ripe and juicy on the palate, very clear fruit, hint of chocolate, sugar candy, light acid bite, fairly prominent, very fine tannins, very big body, but also very polished, good persistence and has some depth, very good finish.
