Firm, slightly peppery-spicy and herbal fragrance of predominantly dark berries, cherries and a little juniper with greasy nuances. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit with some roasted, coffee and bitter chocolate wood notes, firm, ripe tannins, persistent and strong on the palate, still undeveloped, pepper, herbs and juniper in the background, also some cardamom, very good, firm, juicy, slightly warm finish with herbal, spicy and roasted aromas.

Best to drink: 2021-2028+. What our ratings mean
