Translate to English Einen Hauch speckige und animalische Nase nach eingemachten und angetrockneten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit getrocknet-kräuterigen und erdigen Tönen. Geschliffene, saftige Frucht mit sehr feinen Tanninen und gewürzigen Aromen, tabakig, speckig und schokoladig am Gaumen, noch ein wenig hefige Töne, zarter Biss, nachhaltig und kräftig, feine Würze, hat bei aller Kraft auch kühlende Elemente, deutlich nussige Aromen, im Hintergrund mineralisch, sehr guter bis langer, würziger Abgang.
