2017 Gigondas AOC, Rhône, France

Slightly developed scent of figs and red berries with wilted floral aromas as well as earthy and spicy hints and a hint of tar. Tart fruit, slightly nutty, earthy and dried floral tones, crumbly but slightly drying tannin, slightly spicy, aromas reminiscent of cloves, seems almost a little ripe, certain persistence, warming alcohol, jammy tones, good to very good finish.
