2016 Saint Guilhem le Désert - Val de Montferrand IGP Le Rosé, Mas Canaille, Languedoc, France

Carrot nose and some red berries, herbaceous and vegetal notes, earthy notes and earthy notes. Straightforward fruit on the palate, light nutty, earthy, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, elegant acidity, hint of bacon, fairly persistent, good finish.
