2006 Chablis Grand Cru AOC Les Vaudésirs, Burgundy, France

Ripe citrus and some pomaceous fruit on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate floral traces, touch of caramel, nutty and mineral notes. Ripe, polished fruit on the palate, nutty and vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, creamy and has good persistence, more caramel, medium body, has some depth, very good finish. Has shown quite a good development.

Editor note: Slightly lactic nose, apples and honeydew melon, vegetal and light nutty notes, touch of old oak.. Slightly spicy and slightly creamy on the palate, nutty notes, elegant acidity, not particularly deep, but has quite good substance, vegetal and mineral notes, fairly persistent, good finish.
