2013 Arbois AOC Savagnin, Jura, France

Distinctly oxidative, nutty and slightly iodine-like aroma of dried citrus fruits and lychee with dried floral aromas, mountain herbs, a hint of caramel, light tobacco and distinct minerality. Firmly wrought in the mouth, dry, fine-juicy, dried-looking fruit, yeasty, dried-floral and clearly oxidative aromas, tight, fine acidity, persistent, some grip, tart almondy-nutty spiciness on the palate, salty minerality, good to very good, tart, nutty finish
